The first points to remember all concern our food and I want to point out that many of us heading
in to our twilight years will experience changes to our digestive tract. This may include Irregular

1. Ensure that we are drinking plenty of fluids, most of us don’t drink anything near the amounts

we can trust we shall enjoy good health, however there will always be the unexpected!

To be able to fight aging we must remember that keeping active is the key to maintaining our

bodies healthy and strong but it is also just as important that we remember to keep the mind                                                          strong and healthy too.

We can not afford to forget about the mind as it too needs to be given a good workout in order to keep it sharp. So doing simple projects or possibly new ones will see that our minds stay as sharp as possible throughout our age. Another method is to join various groups for meetings and socializing, just the company of others can work wonder for the soul. Humans need this social interaction.
